The chemicals
Floor Chem, Romeoville. 30 years. Woman-owned, minority-owned, certified DBE through the Illinois Unified Certification Program.
- Floor wax stripper with no ammonia, so it runs on a floor that never closes
- Acrylic floor wax, neutral cleaner degreaser, oven and grill cleaner, dish detergent
- Descaler for dish machines and fixtures; hand soap in the scent you choose
- Metra has bought the FC-099 degreaser for more than 12 years; the State, the Tollway and the Secretary of State buy from the same tanks
The machines
Minuteman International, Pingree Grove. Minuteman, PowerBoss and Citymaster USA. Factory direct, drop shipped.
- Walk-behind and ride-on scrubbers, sweepers, burnishers, carpet extractors and vacuums, built in Illinois
- PowerBoss is the heavy end for parking structures, warehouses and shop floors; RoboScrub runs the floor on its own after hours
- We size the machine to the floor before we quote it: square footage, surface, hours open, what you run today
